Limits are established before intervention
A radical transformation is not always possible. The real limit is the strength of the leather, the amount of material available and the construction of the existing garment. We establish this before execution.
What can we restyle?
Shortening sleeves or body length
Volume adjustments at the waist, bust or hips
Shoulder or sleeve alterations
Collar / hood transformation
Changing the fastening system — buttons, concealed hooks, zip, magnets, clips and similar
Remodelling the body line: straight, flared, A-line, fitted, cropped

Who is restyling suitable for?
Restyling is ideal if you like the material and the warmth provided by the garment but feel that the model is dated or the proportions no longer flatter you. If the lines restrict mobility or the volume is unsuitable, we can update the silhouette while preserving the character of the piece. Restyling is appropriate only when the material is valuable enough to justify the work or when the garment has emotional value.
If the garment is structurally very damaged, we discuss alternatives honestly: a local repair with discreet adjustments or a new bespoke piece made to your measurements.
Can I restyle a garment without coming to the furrier atelier?
We can begin with an initial consultation based on photographs or video — a description and 2–3 clear images of you wearing the garment. However, for correct measurements and the best possible result, a showroom fitting remains mandatory in many cases before execution.
Can I combine restyling with FUR SPA?
Yes. If the material allows FUR SPA cleaning, it is required after restyling in order to soften the fur garment and restore the fluffy appearance that may be lost during stretching on the board as part of the restyling process.
Questions about this service
Is a fitting mandatory?+
In some cases, yes. However, if you have already tried an existing showroom model and it fits you perfectly, a fitting may not be necessary.
How long does restyling take?+
The timeframe depends on the complexity of the transformation and the current workload of the atelier.
Can the cut be changed radically?+
Sometimes, but the limit is determined by the condition of the material, the amount of usable fur and the existing construction.
Will thermal comfort be preserved?+
The objective is to preserve both function and comfort while updating the garment.
What warranty do you provide?+
We provide a 12-month warranty for restyling workmanship. The warranty covers execution defects and accessories supplied by us, such as lining and notions; it does not cover natural wear, mechanical shock, improper storage or materials supplied by the client.
