How to make an online return

STEP 1

Complete the form

Enter your name, email and order number, then describe the products and reason for return.

STEP 2

Wait for approval

Do not ship the product before receiving confirmation by email.

STEP 3

Pack the product

The product should remain in its original condition with labels intact. Ship it to the address confirmed in our reply.

STEP 4

Inspection & refund

After receipt and inspection, the refund is processed within a maximum of 7 days by the original method or bank transfer.
