Starting either from an existing model or from a new idea, we create custom, made-to-measure and bespoke fur garments. In all three cases, we choose the material, establish the cut, carry out fittings when necessary and build the garment of your dreams in our Bucharest atelier.

A clear process from assessment to delivery
Consultation
We discuss your wishes and needs regarding cut, shape, volume, length, occasion and frequency of wear.
Material selection
Together we choose the fur type, the way the skins will be arranged and the possible combinations.
Measurements and sketch
Based on your measurements, we make the sketch and establish the details: collar/hood, sleeves, fastenings, lining, accessories and so on.
Prototype/Fitting
For bespoke: a textile prototype and successive fittings (1–4 fittings); for made-to-measure/custom: 0–2 fittings, without a prototype.
Execution
Cutting, assembly, fine stitching, stretching on the board, recutting, assembly and FUR SPA cleaning.
Finishing
A fitting if required, followed by finishing of the lining, fastening system and accessories.
Delivery
Final fitting, packaging and instructions for care, storage and wear.
Note: before work begins, you receive a written quotation with the price and estimated production time. Any change during fittings is discussed and agreed by the parties and may lead to an additional charge.

Custom
We start from an existing model and adapt its length, dimensions and colour. You can personalise the materials, lining, fastening system, sleeves, collar or hood while preserving the basic line of the model. No additional design fee.
Made to Measure
The model is adapted precisely to your measurements and proportions, starting from an existing pattern. We can adapt different sleeves, collar, hood, length or fur arrangement to that pattern. You can personalise the material, colour and design details. No additional design fee.
Bespoke
We start from your idea: a sketch, a photograph used as a reference or a description. We develop the model, choose the right fur and build the pattern according to the desired design and your proportions. We first create a textile prototype to check the shape before making the piece in fur. The result is a unique garment with premium finishing, created exactly according to your wishes. Additional fee: EUR 199–599.

One craftsperson, one piece
We preserve the principles of traditional furriery, in which one craftsperson coordinates the execution of the piece from start to finish, for consistency and rigorous quality control.
Atelier control
We do not work according to an industrial production system. The garments are handmade with attention to detail, and every stage is checked and adjusted on the spot.
Fittings and adjustments
Because not everyone has standard proportions, we closely follow the way the garment sits on the body and make the adjustments needed for the best possible fit.

What kinds of custom garments have we made?
We have created many made-to-order fur garments. Here are a few examples:
Bespoke, classic mink — A client came to us with a photograph of a sable coat. We developed a model adapted for mink and created a slightly fitted piece with a custom lapel. We were able to build the textile prototype starting with the second fitting, and the next two fittings led to a garment made according to the client’s wishes.
Bespoke, white mink — “Ioana’s Dream” — Mrs Ioana P. told us that she had dreamed of a very special white mink coat. Together we drew the garment on paper. After two fittings to create the mock-up — the textile prototype — we moved on to making the fur garment, followed by two more fittings. The process was very difficult because it involved a closely fitted piece built on a diagonal waistline rather than the horizontal line normally used. At the end, she exclaimed: “It is exactly the coat I dreamed of!”
Made to measure, fox — Because fox volume does not flatter every body shape, we created a perfectly proportioned coat for a client who would not normally be flattered by this type of fur. Three fittings were required in total: the first for the mock-up and the next two for the final adjustment of the garment.
Bespoke / custom — A client sent us an AI-generated visual of a long white mink coat with a hood. We found a similar model and adapted it to her original requirements. We corrected the unrealistic proportions proposed by the AI image, which showed a coat that was far too long and too wide for her stature. We adjusted the pattern dimensions after discussing them with the client, and the final result fitted her perfectly.
Custom based on a standard model — We have very often personalised existing models: changing lengths, altering sleeve shape and construction, using different collar types from the original ones, adapting hood shapes, colours or fur textures, fastening systems and accessories. Over the years we have made a wide range of such changes according to each client’s wishes and needs.
Which type of fur is the most durable?
Mink is one of the most durable and versatile types of fur. It is warm, can be used for a very wide range of cuts and can be combined with other fur types.
If the raw material is of good quality and has been correctly tanned, a mink coat can be worn for many years and can even be restyled several times during its lifetime.
What styles and cuts can be used for a custom fur garment?
Straight — classic, shows the texture well and is easy to integrate into a wardrobe.
A-line — slightly flared, fluid and comfortable in movement.
Fitted — follows the body line and emphasises the waist.
Cropped — short and modern, with emphasis on proportions, sleeves and details.
Flared — elegant and generous, with a fluid line and wider hem.
Which details can I choose on a custom fur garment?
You can personalise almost every element of the piece: pockets, slits, sleeves, lining, accessories and fastening systems.
You can choose different collar types — stand collar, lapel or shawl — or different hood shapes. We can also add trims and ornaments in other furs, inserts in different colours or textures, leather inserts, concealed clips, magnets, zips, buttons or decorative clasps.

We start from an existing pattern and adapt it precisely to your measurements and proportions. It is the right solution when standard measurements do not fit your body perfectly. You can choose the material, colour, sleeves, collar, hood, lining and fastening system. Depending on the model, 0–2 fittings are required for the final adjustments. The fit is adapted to your body, with extensive personalisation options, a medium production time and no additional design fee.
What does custom mean?+
We start from an existing model in our collection and personalise it according to your preferences. We can change the colour, length and dimensions, material combinations, lining and fastening system. Depending on the model, we can also adapt the shape of the sleeves, collar, hood or other design elements while preserving the basic line of the original piece. It offers quick personalisation, 0–1 fitting depending on the changes, a shorter production time and no additional design fee.
What does bespoke mean?+
For a bespoke piece, we design a unique garment from scratch, starting from a sketch, a photograph or simply your idea. We first build a textile prototype, then make the piece in fur. The process generally involves 2–4 fittings so that the proportions, cut and details are exactly as desired. It offers complete design freedom, a unique piece created together with you, complex execution and premium finishing, a longer production time and an additional design fee of EUR 199–599.
What kinds of custom garments have you made?+
We have made many custom garments. Examples include a classic mink bespoke piece adapted from a sable coat photograph, with a slightly fitted shape and custom lapel; a white mink bespoke piece known as “Ioana’s Dream”, developed together on paper and through a textile mock-up before execution; a made-to-measure fox coat whose proportions were designed to flatter a client who would not normally be suited by the volume of fox; a bespoke/custom long white mink coat with a hood adapted from an AI-generated visual, where we corrected unrealistic proportions; and numerous custom versions of standard models in which we changed lengths, sleeve construction, collars, hoods, colours, fur textures, fastening systems and accessories according to each client’s wishes and needs.
Which type of fur is the most durable?+
