This online store is owned by **S.C. HELLEN M STYLE S.R.L.** with its registered office at Str. Reconstructiei nr. 1, bl. 24, sc. 1, et. 2, ap. 9, Sector 3, Bucharest, registered with the Trade Registry under number J40/6725/1994, having VAT number RO 5509995.
1. General Information
Website / Site / Online Store – the domain www.blana.ro and all its subdomains, through which users can purchase the offered products and services.
Seller – **S.C. HELLEN M STYLE S.R.L.** with its registered office at Str. Reconstructiei nr. 1, Sector 3, Bucharest. Point of operation: MG Fur House, Sos. Stefan cel Mare 46, Sector 2, Bucharest.
Buyer – any individual or legal entity who creates a personal account on the site and places an order confirmed by the seller and subsequently paid by the buyer.
User – any individual or legal entity who accesses the www.blana.ro site, regardless of reason and purpose. The user agrees to access and use the site in a manner that does not constitute abusive use.
Order – a request made by the User to the online store www.blana.ro regarding the purchase of products and/or services, where the Seller agrees to deliver the ordered items or perform the services in question, and the buyer agrees to pay the associated costs.
Account – the section of the Site where Users can purchase the offered products/services. Creating a User account requires information such as an email address and password, allowing the Buyer to submit Orders and containing information about the Client/Buyer and the Buyer’s history on the Site (Orders, invoices, warranties, etc.).
Favorites – the section of the Site where Users who have an Account can save various products or lists of products they may wish to purchase later.
Campaign – the action of displaying, for promotional purposes, a finite number of Goods and/or Services for a limited period as determined by the Seller.
2. Online Store Usage Conditions
- The information published on www.blana.ro includes general interest information about the products sold, as well as other information deemed of interest to users;
- All information is provided to users free of charge;
- To place an order, it is necessary to create a free personal account by completing a registration form: email address, password, personal details, and delivery address;
- Personal data is used solely for processing the order, delivering it to the buyer, and for marketing purposes. Data will not be shared with third parties and will not be used for purposes other than those stated;
- All listed prices are expressed in RON and include 19% VAT.
3. Product Information
- All products sold through the Online Store are new and will be accompanied by a fiscal invoice, as required by law;
- Products displayed on the Site can be ordered while stock lasts;
- Each product displayed on the Site includes images, descriptions, and prices. Images presented may not match the product due to the display variations on different devices. We do not assume responsibility for discrepancies between the colors displayed on your monitor and the actual product;
- We guarantee the authenticity of all products sold, as specified on the site.
4. Product Warranty
- Ordered and paid products come with a 36-month warranty from the delivery date, along with a Warranty Certificate detailing warranty conditions as well as product storage and maintenance guidelines. Violation of warranty conditions leads to warranty cancellation;
- In the event of a defect reported by the Buyer and accepted by the Seller, the product will be repaired or replaced with a similar one, and if it is no longer in stock, the corresponding amount will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days from the date of issue notification.
5. Ordering Products
- The Buyer can order products from the Site by adding them to the virtual shopping cart, followed by completing the purchase. By clicking the “Complete Order” button, the buyer agrees to delivery and payment terms and implicitly undertakes to provide correct personal data for order delivery;
- The automatic Order Confirmation received by the Buyer does not create contractual obligations and does not confirm that products are in stock. The online order placed by the Buyer will be considered valid only after confirmation by the Seller and will be followed by a Proforma invoice.
Order validation by the Seller is done through a written message (email) to the Buyer, by sending a Proforma. Order validation by the Seller is done only if:
1. Buyer details are complete and correct;
2. Products in the Buyer’s order are available;
3. No system errors exist that might generate incorrect prices; - The contract is concluded upon the issuance of the fiscal invoice and not upon order placement or receipt of the automatic order confirmation.
- The placed order will enter the dispatch process after confirmation by the Seller.
6. Payment Methods
- Payment for the Buyer’s order can be made online with any Visa, Maestro, or MasterCard, cash on delivery, or by Bank Transfer to Hellen M Style SRL’s account.
- 6 installments are available for specific cards;
- Online payments are secured through mobilPay.
7. Shipping Information
Shipping is carried out through DPD, Sameday, or Fan Courier. The package is delivered directly to the address provided in the order form. Shipping is free for orders over 100 RON. For orders under 100 RON, the shipping cost is 20 RON.
8. Order Return
- Products purchased by the Buyer may be returned within 15 days from delivery confirmation to the address mentioned in the order form;
- Product returns are accepted by the Seller only if the attached seal is intact. A broken seal voids the return option;
- Products can only be returned if they show no signs of wear and are accompanied by attached tags and the documents received in the package;
- To initiate the return process, completing the return form is required. Products should not be sent to the Seller before return approval;
- Products are returned only via express courier;
- Return costs are covered by the Buyer;
- The refund will be made within a maximum of 7 days from the receipt of returned products, via bank transfer.
9. Complaints
- Any complaints regarding the purchase process on the Site should be sent to comenzimg@blana.ro or communicated by phone at +40 (0)727 22 52 62;
- Each complaint must be accompanied by identification details of the Buyer, such as the order number, invoice number, shipment note, reason for complaint, and supporting photos;
- No complaint will be considered if the alleged damages are the Buyer’s responsibility;
- The maximum complaint resolution time is 7 days from the complaint date.

- Accessing the site, using the information presented within it, visiting pages, or sending emails or notifications addressed to **HELLEN M STYLE S.R.L.** is done electronically, by phone, or any other available means of communication, and it is thus considered that the User or Buyer consents to receive notifications from **HELLEN M STYLE S.R.L.** electronically and/or by phone, including emails or announcements on the site;
- **HELLEN M STYLE S.R.L.** reserves the right not to respond to all types of requests received through any means of communication (electronic, phone, etc.);

11. Disputes and Final Provisions
- **HELLEN M STYLE S.R.L.** reserves the right to supplement and modify anyinformation on the site without prior notice;
- **HELLEN M STYLE S.R.L.** is not liable for damages resulting from the site’s non-functioning;
- The entire content of the Site (images, texts, animations, or any other data) is protected according to Copyright Law and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any elements without the written consent of **HELLEN M STYLE S.R.L.** will be prosecuted;
- Any dispute between the Buyer and Seller will be resolved amicably. If the conflict cannot be resolved amicably, Romanian courts will have jurisdiction.
