Delivery outside Romania

European Union

Typical delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on destination and courier.

Outside the EU

Typical delivery time: 5–10 working days. Local VAT or customs charges may apply.

What if the parcel arrives damaged?+

Inspect it with the courier, request a written damage report and contact MG immediately.

What happens after a failed delivery?+

The courier may reschedule or return the parcel according to its own policy.
